Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email and dashboard notification once your order moves to Processing and again when it is Shipped. Custom jerseys (name, number, patches) add 1–2 extra working days for printing.
Delivery timelines
- Akwa Ibom (Uyo & environs): Same day or next working day.
- South-South states: 1–3 working days.
- Other Nigerian states: 2–5 working days.
- International orders: 7–21 working days depending on destination and customs.
Delivery fees
- Akwa Ibom: ₦1,500
- South-South region: ₦2,500
- Other states in Nigeria: ₦3,500
- Free delivery on all orders over ₦100,000 within Nigeria.
- International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Tracking your order
Once shipped, you can track your order in real time from your dashboard under Orders. Order status updates are also pushed instantly via in-app notifications.
Failed or delayed deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us on WhatsApp at+234 701 249 0661with your order ID and we'll investigate immediately.
