Terms of Service — ThePrimeKits

1. Agreement

By accessing or using theprimekits.shop you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information at signup and checkout. One account per email address.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and inclusive of any applicable local taxes. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — you will be fully refunded if we do.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Paystack. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment. We never store your card details.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns/refunds by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All club crests, sponsor marks, and league logos remain the property of their respective owners. Product photos, copy, and site design are owned by ThePrimeKits and may not be reused without written permission.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the site for fraud, scraping, reselling at inflated prices, or any illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThePrimeKits is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Akwa Ibom State.
